A 30 minute overview of your bathroom is booked in and a face on face meeting is carried out by one of our specialists. A layout and design is presented before quotation is sent through.

Installation
Work is then carried out to suit your bathroom needs. Asbestos checks are done. Cardboard laid down on your flooring so no damage happens and a dust system set up to minimize any dust created.

Handover
Bathroom is handed over after a thorough clean leaving you with a stunning clean bathroom! 7 year warranty follows on completion of payment.

How much experience does your Builder/bathroom renovator have? Does he always tell you, you can’t do that? Or does he tell you it can be done! A lack of knowledge means a big difference in what he can and can’t do! This is an early sign that a builder is experienced or he has little knowledge in that particular area.
Can your Builder explain his waterproofing? Being the most important area in the bathroom this is a sure sign if your builder might cut corners! Ask for pictures of past work when it comes to waterproofing!
How reliable is your builder at getting back to you with text messages or emails. Does he take a few days or even weeks to reply? This is a sign of how long you may be waiting for a job or a job to be completed!
